Tell us the room
Send a photo and rough measurements. We come back with two or three layouts that actually fit.
Pick wood & fabric
Swatches to your door, or visit the workshop. Fixed quote signed off before we cut anything.
We build it
14–21 days on the floor. You get progress photos at frame, foam and finish stage.
Delivered & placed
Our own team carries it in, assembles it, and takes the packaging away with them.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom sofa take?
Fourteen to twenty-one working days from the day the quote is signed. Beds and full lounge sets sit at the longer end. We send progress photos at frame, foam and finish stage so you always know where it is.
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes, and there is no surcharge for it. Send us the width and we will confirm the meterage before you buy. If the fabric turns out to be too light for upholstery we will say so before cutting.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Ten years on the timber frame and joinery, three years on foam recovery, one year on stitching and mechanisms. Fabric wear and accidental damage are not covered, but we re-upholster at workshop rates for life.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
We do. Delivery inside Lahore is free and handled by our own team. Elsewhere we book a crated freight service and pass on the cost with no markup — usually quoted the same day you ask.
How do payments work?
Fifty percent to start the build, the balance on delivery once you have seen the piece in your room. Bank transfer or cash. Nothing is charged before the quote is agreed in writing.
