How a handoff works

Work moves in three steps. You send a brief, we build against it and return the files in your format, and you review before anything reaches your client. We stay behind you the whole way.

You send the brief

Send the client brief, the target queries, notes on the brand voice, and any first-party facts the end client has given you. That last part matters more than the rest. Real prices, real credentials, real project detail.

We build it

We research, outline, write and attach sources. Where a fact cannot be sourced, we query it back to you rather than fill the gap with something plausible. That is the slowest part of some jobs, and it is deliberate.

You review and ship

Files come back in your format for a revision round, then you forward them to your client under your name.

We do not contact your end client, appear on calls unless you invite us, or name your agency as a reference without written permission.

The one thing that stalls jobs is missing first-party facts. Collect them up front.

How pricing works

Pricing follows the work, not a published rate card. Four things set it: how many pages you need, how deep the research runs, whether you hand over the strategy or only the production, and whether your client’s own facts are ready to use. The last one moves the number most.

The margin mechanic is simple. You price your retainer with your client. You pay us for production. The spread stays with you, and we never see the retainer figure.

You get a written, itemised quote before any work starts. Every mandatory charge appears on that quote. Nothing gets added at invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Not from us. Files arrive unbranded, with no logo, no byline, and no footer credit. We do not contact your end client, and we will not name you as a public reference or case study without your written permission first. Your client sees your agency, start to finish.

[OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: the exact ownership and IP transfer term, including when title passes and whether any licence is retained. This answer must state his real contract language, not a guess.]

[OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: the actual revision policy, including how many rounds are included and where a revision ends and a new brief begins. Do not publish a number he has not set.]

[OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: whether delivery is files only, or whether publishing inside a client CMS is offered, and under what access conditions.]

A brief, the target queries, and a note on brand voice. Then the part that matters most: your client’s own facts. Real prices, real credentials, real project detail. We cannot write a page that outranks anything without them, and we will not invent them to fill the gap.

Reporting you can forward

Judge a sample. Every deliverable ships with its source list, so you can trace any claim in the copy back to where it came from, and the research files and fact log come to you rather than staying on our side.

We publish no client counts, no ratings, no traffic or ranking figures, and no case studies. There is nothing on file we could evidence, so stating a number would be inventing one.

The honest offer is a paid pilot on a single page. You brief it, you read it, you check the sources, and you decide whether it is work you would put your name on.

How to vet us

Before you put a supplier’s work in front of a paying client, test them on a small job. Ask for a paid pilot on one page: we offer exactly that. Ask to see the source list behind every claim; ours ships with the draft. Ask what happens when a fact cannot be verified; we leave it out and tell you why. Ask who owns the deliverable and the IP once you have paid, and get the answer in writing before the pilot starts.

Start with one project

Send me one page to quote. Attach the client brief, the target query you want it to rank for, and the date you need it back. That is enough to price the work and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit for it. Judge us on one paid page before you commit to anything ongoing.

What happens next: you get a written, itemised quote back before any work starts, with every mandatory charge on it and nothing added at invoice. If the fit is wrong, I will say so instead of quoting.
